This short video walks you through how to wear, clean, and care for your aligners, and what to do if you lose a tray. It’s perfect for first-time users who want to get off to a smooth, confident start.
✅ How to Wear and Care for Your Aligners
How to put them on:Use your fingers (not your teeth!) to place the aligners over your front teeth first, then gently press down over your molars. They should sit flush with your teeth—no gaps.
When to wear them:Wear them at least 22 hours a day. Only remove them when brushing, flossing, eating, or drinking hot beverages like coffee or tea.
How to clean them:Use a toothbrush and gentle toothpaste once daily. Avoid hot water, bleach, alcohol, or denture cleaners.
When to switch trays:Switch to the next tray every 2 weeks unless your dentist gives you other instructions. Always follow the numbered order (U = upper, L = lower), and never skip a tray.
When not in use:Always store your aligners in the case provided. Don’t wrap them in napkins or leave them out—especially near pets who may chew on them!
⚠️ Lost a Tray?
If you lose a tray:
Wear the next one if you have it.
If not, go back to the previous tray to prevent your teeth from shifting.
